Australian researchers looked at multiple studies on the effects of exercise on kids & teenagers and noted similar findings to previous research conducted on adults by Tim Church, M.D., Ph.D., M.P.H., ACAP Health Chief Medical Officer. Exercise quickly boosts cardiovascular health even if it doesn’t cause weight loss. “Weight loss is not necessary for exercise to benefit blood vessel function,” according to Dr. Church. “This study is yet another example of how important exercise is.” Read the entire article.
